AUTHENTIC ATHLETICS

An Honest Approach to Training

Every one of us has the right to understand how our
bodies work and what we’re capable of.
But sometimes we don’t know where to start… or what to do when life gets in the way…or even how to get over that pesky voice inside our head that says we aren’t good enough.

That’s Where I Come In

Utilizing a combination of personalized, evidence-based training programs alongside an education-first approach, my mission is to teach you not only the HOW of exercise, but the WHY. I’ll be your guide as we set out on a journey to understand functional movement patterns, forge new habits, and reclaim the athleticism you never knew you had.

Hey, I’m Noah!

I never considered myself athletic when I was growing up. I was usually the slowest kid to run the mile, got a whopping 3 inches on the sit and reach test, and was a solid second string player on my lacrosse team in high school and college, but I didn’t know how to “exercise” like the rest of my teammates. That negative view I had of myself on the field spread into my everyday life.

Fast forward many years, where I sat on my butt all day working a desk job that wreaked havoc on my body. My shoulders slumped, my arms ached, my legs tightened up… all that good stuff.  I wanted to reclaim my body, but the gym was intimidating. So I bit the bullet and hired a trainer to teach me the ropes.

Countless positive benefits resulted from that choice, but the biggest moment was when, during a random session, I hit a new personal best and I realized that I was an athlete all along. This seemingly little mindset shift changed my life.

Now I believe that anyone, with enough knowledge, dedication, and willpower can find their inner athlete just like I did. It would be an honor to help you find yours.
